How this started

We kept getting the same call from Dubai Creek Harbour: a car that had sat in a tower basement for a week while the owner travelled, flat on the morning they needed it. By the time a van crossed the city, found the right building, got past security and down a height-restricted ramp, the morning was gone.

So we stopped crossing the city. We gave Dubai Creek Harbour its own van base, stocked for every make — AGM and EFB for stop-start cars, conventional batteries for the Land Cruisers and Patrols, registration tools for the European cars that need them, and the 12V units hybrids and EVs rely on. Arrival is now about 20 minutes, bay to bay.

The garage services came afterwards, because residents kept asking who to trust with the rest of the car. Same technicians, same rule: nothing is quoted before it is diagnosed, and the car goes back to the bay it came from.

    Every visit starts with a load test and a charging check. If the battery is healthy, we say so and charge nothing — we would rather lose a sale than sell a part the car does not need.

    Vans that clear the ramps, kit that fits between pillars, and technicians who know which towers need a security call first. A basement is our normal workplace, not a complication.

    Every make, done properly

    Toyota or Tesla, Kia or Range Rover. Registration and coding on cars that need it, resets on cars that do not, and never a downgrade to a cheaper battery type.

    Price before the van leaves

    You get the fitted price on the phone. No call-out fee, no night surcharge, and no revised number once the technician is at the car. The old battery goes for regulated recycling.
