1.About these terms
Creek Harbour Battery Service is an independent mobile battery service based in Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, serving Dubai Creek Harbour and its neighbouring communities. Booking a service means you accept these terms. If something here does not work for you, tell us before the technician is dispatched rather than after.
2.The services we provide
We provide mobile car battery replacement, battery jump start, battery and charging-system diagnostics, battery registration and coding, and the workshop services listed on this site — including engine, gearbox, air-conditioning, brake, suspension, tyre, bodywork, detailing, inspection, recovery and roadside assistance.
Services are provided by trained technicians using genuine or original-equipment-equivalent parts unless you specifically ask for and agree to something else in writing.
3.Quotes and prices
Prices quoted by phone or WhatsApp are based on the information you give us — model, year and symptom. They are firm for the part and fitting described.
If the vehicle turns out to need something different once the technician sees it, we tell you the revised price before any work starts. You are free to decline, and declining after a diagnosis costs you nothing for a battery call-out.
Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is due on completion, by cash or card at the vehicle unless account terms have been agreed in advance.
4.Diagnosis before sale
We load test the battery and check the charging system before selling a replacement. If the test shows the battery is healthy and the fault lies elsewhere, we will tell you and there is no charge for the battery diagnosis.
A diagnosis is an assessment of the vehicle's condition at that moment. It is not a warranty against future faults in components we did not replace.
5.Warranty
Batteries carry a manufacturer warranty of up to 24 months depending on the brand, registered in your name. Workshop repairs carry a written warranty on parts and labour, stated on your invoice.
A warranty claim requires the original invoice. Bring the vehicle to us or call and we will come to it.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and failure in normal use.
- It does not cover physical damage, deliberate misuse, fire, flooding or accident damage.
- It does not cover a battery drained flat by a fault elsewhere in the vehicle — for example an alternator failure or a parasitic drain we identified and you chose not to repair.
- It does not cover a battery removed, refitted or modified by a third party.
- It does not cover consequential loss such as missed appointments, towing arranged by others, or lost income.
6.Your vehicle and your responsibilities
You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorised to instruct work on it, and that the details you give us are accurate. A battery ordered against a wrong model or year may not fit, and a wasted journey caused that way may be charged.
The vehicle must be safely and legally accessible. We cannot work where doing so would be unsafe, obstruct traffic, or breach a building's rules, and we may decline a job on those grounds after arriving.
Most vehicles we attend are in private tower car parks. You are responsible for arranging access with the building's management or security — including any gate pass, visitor registration or ramp height limit — before the technician arrives. Time lost waiting at a gate may delay the job, and a visit abandoned because access was refused may be charged.
7.Booking, arrival times and cancellation
Arrival times are estimates based on traffic, current demand and how long building security takes to let the van in. The 20-minute figure quoted across this site is an average within Dubai Creek Harbour, not a guarantee; neighbouring communities may take longer.
You may cancel at any time before the technician arrives at no cost. If the technician has arrived and you cancel, a call-out charge may apply for workshop services; battery diagnostics remain free.
8.Liability
We are responsible for damage we directly cause through negligence in carrying out the work, and we carry insurance for that.
We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, for damage arising from the vehicle's own condition, for third-party parts you supplied, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability where UAE law does not allow it to be limited.
9.Old batteries and parts
Unless you ask to keep them, batteries and parts we remove become ours and are sent for regulated recycling or disposal. Lead-acid batteries are hazardous waste and are handled accordingly.
10.Website content and trademarks
The text, layout and artwork on this site belong to us. Vehicle logos, model names and battery brand names belong to their respective owners.
We are an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Emaar Properties, the developers or managers of any building in Dubai Creek Harbour, or any vehicle manufacturer. Manufacturer and model names are used on this site for identification purposes only, so that owners can find the service that fits their car.
Technical information on this site is general guidance for owners in Dubai Creek Harbour. It is not a substitute for a diagnosis of your specific vehicle.
11.Complaints
If something is not right, call +971 52 167 9495 or write to hello@dubaicreekbattery.ae. We would rather fix it than have you write about it. Complaints are acknowledged within two working days.
12.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the Emirate of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
