1.Who we are
Creek Harbour Battery Service is an independent mobile car battery service based in Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, serving Dubai Creek Harbour and its neighbouring communities. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” mean Creek Harbour Battery Service.
If you have any question about this policy or about information we hold, contact us on +971 52 167 9495 or at hello@dubaicreekbattery.ae. A person answers — this is not a form that goes nowhere.
2.What we collect
We only collect what a mobile service actually needs to reach you and fit the right part. There is no account to create on this site and no newsletter sign-up.
- Contact details you give us — name, phone number, and WhatsApp number if you message us there.
- Vehicle details — make, model, year and, where you provide it, the number plate or VIN, so the correct battery is loaded before the van leaves.
- Location details — the building or address, car park level and bay number where the vehicle is parked, and any access instructions you give us for the building's security.
- Service records — what was fitted or repaired, when, and the warranty registered in your name.
- Payment confirmation — we do not store card numbers; card payments are processed by the payment provider at the vehicle.
- Website usage data — pages viewed, approximate location by IP, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
3.Why we collect it
Contact, vehicle and location details are used to dispatch a technician, quote the correct part and complete the job. Service records are kept so a warranty claim can be honoured without you having to prove anything.
Website usage data is used to understand which pages are useful, to fix problems, and to measure whether our advertising is reaching people who actually need a battery.
4.Cookies, analytics and advertising
This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies make the site work and cannot be switched off. Analytics and advertising cookies are used to measure traffic and to show relevant ads, and you can refuse them.
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads, including remarketing. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve ads based on your previous visits to this site or other sites. Third-party vendors, including Google, show our ads on sites across the internet on that basis.
- You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at google.com/settings/ads.
- You can opt out of many third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info/choices.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site still works without them.
- We do not use advertising cookies to build profiles about health, religion, or any other sensitive category, and we do not knowingly advertise to children.
5.WhatsApp and phone contact
When you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is also held on WhatsApp's own servers under Meta's terms and privacy policy, which we do not control. We keep the conversation only so long as it is needed for the job and the warranty period that follows.
Calls may be answered by a technician in the field. We do not record calls.
6.Who we share information with
We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
- Technicians and recovery partners assigned to your job, who receive only what they need to reach the vehicle — which may include giving your name and bay number to building security so they are let in.
- Battery manufacturers or importers, where a warranty claim has to be registered or made in your name.
- Payment providers, who process the transaction and never receive your vehicle or location data from us.
- Analytics and advertising providers, as described above, in aggregated or pseudonymous form.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information under UAE law.
7.How long we keep it
Job and warranty records are kept for the length of the warranty plus two years, because that is the window in which a claim or a dispute can arise. Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within twelve months.
Analytics data is retained according to the provider's own retention settings, which we set to the shortest practical period.
8.Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it for warranty or legal reasons. You can also object to your data being used for advertising measurement.

9.Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Job records are held in access-controlled systems and are visible only to staff who need them. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects information about you.
10.Children
This is a service for vehicle owners. We do not direct the site at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11.Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes to how we use your information will be described at the top of the page rather than buried in a clause.
